Craftsman

Jesus H. Christ
was a carpenter;
worked in wood, mainly,
could fashion up anything
you wanted:
furniture, frames, farm plows,
caskets, crucifixes,
whatever,

Made a lot of money
on crucifixes, in fact,
big seller when the Romans
were in town;
solid too,
could be used
over and over again,
damned good craftsmanship,
not too many
made ‘em that good anymore

Jesus H. used only the best

And they paid good gold

He liked happy clients because,
as he often said,
Do unto others
